Order changes, and returns
1. Can I change the dimensions?
We have several different dimensions in our shop and do not offer dimension changes.
Please measure your space before ordering. Some of our cabinets are counter height and others are not. We do our best to keep the site up to date. Please contact us if the listed dimension accuracy is crucial. We will be able toĀ verify the size. We try to keep the website updated but we are human and listings can be missed.
2. What if I want to make a change after the order is placed?
Unfortunately, once your order is placed your choices are processed. For this reason, no changes can be made once you hit the SUBMIT button. Also, know we are ALWAYS just an email away. Message us with any questionsĀ before ordering.
As a side note, we do offer additional panels for purchase if you chose the wrong one during the ordering process. These are only available with our "farmhouse" style doors.Ā Also, it is nice to have more than one panel! You can switch up your style whenever you want!
Ā 3. I would like to use my own hardware.
Our cabinets are built with center to enter holes that measure 3 inches. This seems to be the most common dimension. We also offer several different handles. You are welcomed to switch your handles out once the cabinet arrives to you home. No alteration to the drill holes can be made. All cabinet will be drilled at 3 inches. We apologize for the inconvenience.
4. Returns
Returns are a hassle for everyone. Since your item was made specifically for you, and is expensive to ship, weĀ strongly encourageĀ you to read our listing and our FAQ pageĀ before purchasing. We work hard to provide answers to many questions. Familiarize yourself with our return policyĀ before purchasing. We are not a big box store and returns may not be what you are accustomed to if you shop box stores. No returns are accepted without all original packing.

Your item is being made just for you. These are not pre-made. It isĀ extremely important that you measure your space. Keep in mind color can vary from monitor to monitor so if you need color samples, just use our link to order the colors you need.
