What is assembly like?

We make ever effort to make assemble as easy as possible. We provide a Youtube link with a voice-guided assembly. Feel free to pause and rewind as necessary. Your video link is included with your package. No special tools are needed other than a Phillips head screwdriver, #2.

If you need any assistance during the assembly process, email us at Support@thelovemadehome.com. We check our email very often, even on the weekend. We will likely ask for pictures or a video of what is causing issues and can offer solutions, guidance, or tips. 

Most customers find assembly easy. However, if you opt to hire help to assemble your cabinet we will not, under any circumstances reimburse the cost of your assembly choice. If the cabinet is altered by drilling additional holes or adding brackets, feet, or levelers without our permission, we will not repair, replace, or refund any part of the item. Contact us first for help. Once we establish the issue, we will provide the needed parts or guidance. We are always here to help and cannot state enough to let us help you. Sample assembly videos are available upon request.

Some assembly tips:

• Watch the video the video through at least one time to familiarize yourself with the process.
• Review the parts list.
• Do not assemble out of order.
• Pause and rewind the video as necessary. The video resolution can be changed on YouTube by clicking the gear icon on the screen.
• Assemble on a soft surface. Give yourself plenty of room. Lay out your parts before starting.
• Hold your pieces perfectly straight.
• Two people will make assembly easier.
• If your screw locks up, reverse it and start over. Do not over-tighten.
